30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cultivate Climbing. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. Please review the following guidelines for our return policy:
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
Climbing gear and equipment must not show any signs of wear or damage.

Provide your order details, including the order number, item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the return authorization.
We will cover your return shipping cost.
We will provide a trackable shipping label to ensure the safe delivery of the returned item.
Refund or Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will provide a refund instead.
For safety reasons, climbing ropes and personal safety equipment cannot be returned if removed from their original packaging.
Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
