Winter Boulder League Starts This Week

Trish

Trish is an ACE certified fitness instructor specializing in Pilates inspired, core-focused and strength-training sequences. Pilates Strength is a full body low impact workout utilizing props and weights for added resistance. You will sweat, shake, and get stronger moving along with fun beats!


Trish began practicing Pilates as a teenager which has complemented a background in dance, barre, and hot yoga as well as teaching stretch, HIIT, and strength training classes. She also has certifications in functional nutrition and is currently completing continuing education in corrective movement for chronic pain, core exercises for back health, behavior change and stress management. 

Outside of the studio, Trish runs a pet sitting business and enjoys cooking, Stand Up Paddleboarding, traveling, and photography.
