Gentle Flow
A gentle class focused on alignment and moving at a calm, slow pace. This class is low-impact and will offer variations for familiar postures. Movement is linked with breath, and poses are entered gradually. Prepare for a relaxing practice sprinkled with levity! This class is ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a relaxed, calming practice.
Pilates Strength
A full body pilates inspired workout focusing on core sequences and moves designed to help posture, flexibility, and overall strength. We’ll get sweaty, so bringing a sweat towel or cloth is encouraged!
Slow Flow
Slow Flow yoga focuses on mindfully connecting breath to movement at a relaxed pace allowing time for alignment and awareness. The flow is intentionally slower to encourage a deep connection to the body and breath, fostering balance, flexibility, and cultivating a sense of calm. This is a gentle class ideal for both beginners and seasoned yogis.
Power Flow
A vinyasa flow focused on building strength, balance, and stamina. Set to fun, energetic music, prepare to move through a dynamic flow focused on building heat and linking movement to breath. While this class focuses on powerful movements and poses, the class will end with a cool down and final shavasana. Having some yoga experience is helpful, as the class is moderate to fast paced. However, beginners are welcome and modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible to everyone.
Power + Restore
Half high energy power, half restorative goodness!
Power is a vinyasa flow focused on building strength, balance, and stamina. Set to fun, energetic music, prepare to move through a dynamic flow focused on building heat and linking movement to breath.
Restore is a floor-based class that focuses on stillness and rest. Deep stretches and long holds will help release connective tissue, while allowing your body and mind to relax and recharge.
Power + Restore classes are classes that are more accessible to beginner students curious about experiencing a power vinyasa flow. While the power section of the class will still be fast paced, having a shorter “power experience” will act as a great introduction to the practice.
This class is a blend of both power and restore; 30 minutes of power and 30 minutes of restore.
Sculpt
Sculpt is a unique combination of power yoga and strength training designed to create a full-body workout. Combining traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights, this high-intensity workout will leave you feeling stronger, refreshed, and uplifted.

What You Need To Know
Signing Up
- Classes are free for members
- For non-members, tickets are available at a sliding scale tiered price: $10, $15, $20
- Please do not sign up for other people; everyone must have their own account so that they have a waiver on file. Ensuring everyone has a waiver before coming to class makes for a low stress check in process!
What to Know Before Class
- Bring a water bottle
- Bringing your own mat is encouraged; we have loaner mats if needed
- Yoga room doors will open 15 minutes before class time
Checking In/Finding the Studio
Before heading to class, all yoga students must check in at the Cultivate front desk located in The Board Room. Entry into the yoga room is not allowed without check-in, so please arrive early to ensure you’re ready before class begins.

Parking & Entry Instructions:
Back Parking Lot (Off South Ann Street): Park and take the outdoor metal stairs to the elevated sidewalk by the loading dock. Follow it toward South French Broad Ave, turn north at the corner, and enter through the single glass door with the Cultivate sign. Check in at the front desk, and staff will direct you to the yoga room.
Street Parking (Available after 6 PM): Park near the building and enter through the glass door next to the loading dock on the south end of the building. Look for the Cultivate sign. Check in at the front desk, and staff will guide you to the yoga room.
