StrengthIntro To Strength Training

This one-hour class is a hands-on introduction to common gym equipment and strength training basics. You’ll learn proper form, safety techniques, and how to navigate free weights, machines, and more. With small class sizes and a built-in Q&A, you’ll walk away feeling confident and ready to start your own strength journey.
HIITHIIT With Brian

- 2nd Sunday of the Month
HIIT with Brian is a guided 40 minute to 1 hour high intensity interval training session including a warm-up, stretch, plyometrics and cool down. Geared towards the intermediate to advanced athlete, this class will improve VO2 max with a combination of speed, agility and balance drills in rapid succession. A fitness watch and/or heart rate monitor is strongly recommended. Get ready to sweat!
